Cookery School

Group cooking parties or one-on-one sessions. With our cookery classes you and your friends or collegues can learn how to cook authentic Afro-Caribbean cuisine and other delights. We can host the party in the cookery school or at your venue and can make all the arrangements. An ideal gift for any budding chef or for a unique office party.

Whether it is to learn through a demo or a hands on experience, Grace will show you how. The session includes how to recognise, select from the diverse Afro-Caribbean ingredients and of course how to whip up delicious meals. What's more, she will show you a thing or two on how to present the dishes attractively to tantalize any taste bud.

We have cooking parties for birthdays etc or just a relaxing fun filled cooking sessions Afro-Caribbean style.

Why don't you book yourself in or with friends and family. Grace will teach you in her peaceful, rural and idealic location, well tucked away from the hustling and bustling of everyday life. You can just relax and whip up some gourmet meals in no time. You might be able to pick some organic vegetables from Grace's farm. Also, session can be held in your kitchen.

Pre booked courses last for 1hour 30mins (Cooking 2 courses and a side dish)
Mon & Thurs: 11:00 – 12:30pm or 1:00 – 2:30pm (also, day and time and evening sessions can be prearranged to suit parties)
