I am delighted to be able to confirm that we would like to book you for a two day event. The theme is self image and self esteem and you have said that you will link your Afro Caribbean cookery to culture and healthy eating which sounds very good. Everyone was very excited at the prospect and I was certainly impressed by your recent demonstration at the Cherry Orchard centre. I am looking forward to your visit to my school.

It's Jen here, the Community Food Worker from the recipe development day at John Moores University last Thursday.
Just wanted to say Hi!! It was lovely to meet you. I've been telling everyone how scrumptious the Jerk Chicken, spicy pepper sauce and plantain was that you made!!
I'll definitely keep you in mind for a get together with some of my friends. I would love for you to come round and cook with some girls and myself. I reckon some guys might want to get involved too!! J
