We were looking for somewhere for a cheap bite to eat midweek and found this restaurant on onionring. It was early and thus quiet. The 3 course menu available is quite limited but at £12.95 with a bottle of wine was good value.
We were both delighted with the quality of the dishes - everything freshly prepared. Service was efficient and friendly. If you havent thought about dining here before than now is the time to change your mind!

Having taken quite a large party, I think we pretty much covered everything on the menu! All of which was FANTASTIC! The food was cooked perfectly with exceptional service to boot!
I would definatley recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Decided to give the £9.95 meal a try as price is always important. Well we were very impressed with the meal and service. Can't understand why the place was empty. Give it a try.

I went to the Manhattan Bar twice, 1st I went with 3 friends and we all had different things of the menu and were very pleased, I do not know how they can do it for the money. The atmostphere was really welcoming. On the 2nd occasion I took my son, 15th birthday, and family a party of 7. We, again, all enjoyed it very much. It has been a long time since I have been 100% happy as I do expect good quality.

One of the best meals I've eaten this year, and at a really reasonable price. Lovely friendly staff. No idea why it was so quiet! Bit of a wiat for the food, but my word was it worth it!

The food at Manhattan was really exceptional as was the friendly and attentive service. We'd have given them a 10 if the room temperature had been a little warmer, (although we visited on the coldest day of the year so far!). Well worth a visit.

Four of us went to Manhattan on Saturday night and were immediately concerned that there was only one other table occupied (with a large birthday group). Also the menu seemed quite limited - with more on offer at lunchtime than in the evening(That might not be strictly true, but that was the impression). Then we were told there was no sirloin steak available - none of us wanted sirloin but it was a bit of a concern for a restaurant on a Saturday night! Fearing the worst, I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Good friendly service, and very acceptable food and wine at very reasonable prices. Food was very well presented and cheesy 80's disco music made us laugh! A pleasant evening.

Great place, food was excellent and for the money great value. Good fast & friendly service.
I have to say I was really impressed, similar standard to Nicholsons, and brasserie except with a price difference. Defiantly worth a try.

The staff at the Manhattan Grill were very friendly and accommodating. We went as a large group, the service was good and the food was delicious. There was a wide range of food with lots of specials available. I went for one of the burgers that was really tasty. Great beers, good music - definitely going back!

Went in Manhattan bar and grill for first time a week ago. Food was great and stayed all night with my girl as they had a disco on. Great value for money will definitely be going back again, totally recommend it.

Came in to try out the 2 course early diner special. A bargain at £5.95. The atmosphere was relaxing with mood lighting which changes giving the place a really cool vibe. The food was fresh and tasty, everything beautifully presented. A great addition to the town!
